Previous year there was a huge interest in the purchase of property in Bulgaria. Many British nationals have bought properties across the country. The first purpose of buyers was owning a holiday home in Bulgaria.

E.U accession has boosted the property market in Bulgaria. Nowadays property market has become an investment market. Many overseas buyers are thinking of Bulgaria for overseas property investment.

The economy of Bulgaria is developing and the country’s exchange rates are stable in the country market. E.U. has invested to Bulgaria to prepare the country to become a member. Because of these reasons Bulgaria’s future looks brilliant.

In 2004, average value of property prices increased over 40 percent. This trend is set to continue due to domestic economic growth

According to WTO’s forecasts, in 2010, Bulgaria will receive 20 million tourists. World Bank Director has said “Bulgaria is a good place to buy’’.
